Soon to be re-released

The Faber and Faber PreTime to BigTime series which have been unavailable due to licensing issues are due to be re-released beginning in late February.  Not all titles will be available immediately but all will begin to arrive on our shelves by summer.  We will keep you posted as titles arrive at The Music Store.

Hal Leonard Jazz Play-Along Series

Hal Leonard Publishing recently released the 100th volume of its Jazz Play-Along series.  The book and CD packs can be used for all C, B-flat, E-flat, and Bass Clef instruments.  The 100th volume presents 10 classic songs made famous by Louis Armstrong.

The CDs have both a track including the melody line and a second track with just the accompaniment.  The high quality tracks allow the player to familiarize themselves with artist’s style without searching for an original recording, and then play along with the accompaniment as the soloist.

Songs originally from all genres are included in this series.  Volumes include music from Broadway, Latin, Disney, Blues, Jimi Hendrix, and Thelonious Monk, to name just a few.

We think you'll like them, so we're giving you 25% off all books in the Hal Leonard Jazz Play-Along series. There's no item limit, so you can get as much great music as you want.
