We offer shipping via UPS and USPS (US Postal Service) for United States residents, and free in-store pick-up for Arizona residents. USPS is usually the most inexpensive choice for book orders, but to ensure safe, on time delivery, we will only ship guitar and amplifier orders via UPS. During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose your shipping method and will be provided with the cost and approximate shipping time. The estimate times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed except for USPS Express Mail. We ship orders Monday through Friday and will ship same day if your order is received by 10:00 A.M. MST. Shipping costs include the actual shipping and insurance charges quoted by the carrier, plus any additional handling/packaging costs required to safely transport the merchandise ordered. All orders are insured for loss or damage in transit.

We apologize, but for the security of our customers, and to do our part in preventing identity fraud, we do not ship outside of the US and Canada. Additionally, due to territory restrictions, certain items may not be able to be shipped to Canada. Currently, Mesa Boogie does not allow us to ship to Canada. Shipping Directly from the Manufacturer
Jupiter band instruments ship directly from the manufacturer to reduce the total shipping time. Jupiter ships only via FedEx shipping service; however, you will only be given the option to ship UPS during checkout. Please select UPS as the shipping option but understand that the item will arrive from FedEx. All Jupiter instruments will ship separately from any books, accessories or other items within the same order. Other items in the order will be shipped based on the fastest delivery estimate from either USPS or UPS. If you are a local Arizona customer and would like to do an in-store pickup, please select in-store pickup when you checkout. We will call you when it arrives.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. The Music Store guarantees satisfaction with your order upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order or merchandise has been damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately. Damaged merchandise will be replaced and mis-shipped merchandise will be exchanged for the correct item with no additional shipping charges. Please double check your order before submitting! We apologize, but we are unable to accept returned items unless they are damaged or mis-shipped.
If items are damaged in shipment, please retain all packing materials. We must file a claim with the carrier and they require inspection of the packing materials to approve the claim.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Items authorized for return or exchange must be received by us in original condition and in a timely manner. Items which show modification or which are not returned timely will not be accepted.
