Why do I need to include my account number?
To ensure that your payment is credited to your account, please include your account number. If the rental is under a different name than the payer (such as a maiden name or grandparent's name), we will not be able to locate your rental without your account number. Your account number is an 8-digit number found on your payment coupons.
What if I have more than one rental instrument?
This form can be used to make multiple rental payments at the same time. Just select the rental rate for the first rental instrument from the dropdown list, input the account number for that rental* and click "Add to Order." You will be taken to a page where you can view your order. Click "Continue Shopping" and you will return to this page. Select the rental rate for the second rental instrument from the dropdown list, input the account number for that rental, and click "Add to Order." You can do this for as many rental instruments as you need.
What if I need to pay for more than one month?
This form can be used to make rental payments for multiple months at the same time. Just select the rental rate from the dropdown list, input the account number for that rental* and click "Add to Order." You will be taken to a page where you can view your order. In the "Quantity" box, enter the number of months you want to pay and click "Update." Please do not use the quantity box to pay for multiple rental instruments, as this does not allow you to input different rental account numbers. What are the fees on the form? Do I need to pay these?
This form can be used to pay fees to bring your account current. A late fee is a $10 fee that occurs when you are more than 15 days late in paying your rental payment. A collection fee is a $35 fee that occurs if your account has been sent to collections. Most payers will not have acquired these fees; however, if you are more than 15 days late and/or have received a letter notifying you of late fees or collections fees, you are responsible for them in order to bring your account current.
*Rental accounts are specific to the instrument. If you have more than one rental instrument, you will have more than one rental account.
